This agreement governs your use of mobile games and applications published by Beijing Qiyi Network Technology Co., Ltd. and its affiliated development teams and sub-brands.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading or using our applications, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services. These terms apply to all products released under our corporate umbrella across all platforms.

2. License to Use

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use our apps for personal, non-commercial entertainment. You may not:

Modify, reverse engineer, or decompile the software.
Use cheats, automation software (bots), or any software designed to modify the service experience.
Exploit our services for commercial purposes without written consent.

3. In-App Purchases (IAP)

Our games may include virtual currency or items. Please note:

Payments are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
Virtual items have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Refund Policy: All sales are final. Refunds are handled according to the billing policies of Apple and Google.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to use our services to upload or share content that is illegal, harmful, or infringes on the rights of others. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these guidelines.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, including graphics, code, music, and characters, is the intellectual property of Beijing Qiyi Network Technology Co., Ltd. and its creators. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

6. Limitation of Liability

Our services are provided "AS IS." We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the apps.

7. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
